For imperfect people...

Are you here? Welcome! .. Good to know that I'm not the only imperfect in this post. Admit that we are, makes us recognize a reality: we are human. And humans who have limitations and defects, in other words: weaknesses. We all have weaknesses ―although sometimes we forget them― but that's the way it is. We tend to deny our weaknesses, we defend them, we excuse them, we hide them and we resent them. Just thinking about saying ''I'm weak'' in something, makes you feel vulnerable. But God has a different perspective of your weaknesses, ''...God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.''-1 Corinthians 1:27
Your weaknesses are not ugly pieces in your life, God has allowed them with the purpose of demonstrating His power through you ―there is a certain beauty in them. In fact, He has never been impressed by someone's strength or self-sufficiency, but He has called those who are ''...poor in spirit'' -Matthew 5:3; because while your strengths cultivate an independent spirit: "I do not need anyone", a poor in spirit cultivates someone dependent on God ―what is better than this? impossible! It is the safest decision: to depend on Him.

All the giants of God were weak people: imperfect. With mistakes and struggling with a ''sting'' (2 Corinthians 12). This tells me one thing: God loves and uses the imperfect, ordinary people, to do extraordinary things-despite their weaknesses. For the simple fact that they put their faith in God and had total dependence on Him, ''Hebrews 11:32-34, And what more shall I say? I do not have time to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson and Jephthah, about David and Samuel and the prophets, who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised; who shut the mouths of lions, quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength...''
May your weaknesses, your imperfection, not stop you from doing what God wants you to do! may His grace be sufficient for you-for His power will be perfected in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12: 9). There is beauty in that sting, that needs to sprout from you.
I bless you and I hug you!
