Ugh! Don't mess with my chips...

A curious fact about me is that I'm a chips lover. I think it was one of those divine ideas that God gave to the human being and that today (many like me) we bless and enjoy so much. And no! This will not be a food post, but I promise that with this example you'll understand that I want to talk to you today. The fact is, when I'm eating my chips, I don't want anyone messing with them, more than I do. If I give someone one of them, it's because I have too special affection for that person. But usually my answer is: ''Ugh! Don't mess with my chips''. Don't be so surprised, because I'm sure that it happens to you the same with that you enjoy to eat.
Now, let's apply this to us. Let me ask you a couple of questions: how many times have you heard someone say, "Don't mess with my life!" And how many times have you told someone this phrase? I think I'll go deeper ... how many times did you tell him or are you saying to God ''don't get involved in this in my life'' ''Don't get into my decisions'' ''You can get into this, but in this other no, leave it to me''? Sometimes without words, you show God he doesn't have your permission to intervene in your affairs. Personally I have gone terribly wrong when I decide to do things my way, without involving Him. If you are looking in the Bible for some example of someone doing things on their own, you will discover the 100% that also went wrong. This is simple, without God's intervention in your affairs, the making of bad decisions, mistakes committed, frustrated dreams and a life without fullness will be waiting for you. Once I was in one of my crises, fighting with myself to see if I allowed God to get into an important matter of that moment in my life, he took me to meditate on Psalm 32:8, NIV: I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.''
What caught my attention from this verse was to find the pronoun "I" (referring to God) so many times and that for nothing you find something referred to that you could do this alone. This means that God's desire is that you depend entirely on him because He knows which are the correct instructions you must follow, which is the best way to take, which are the good advice which you must listen and how great is his care for your life. In summary, he knows which are the best plans for you. It is not easy to give up something that we like to have control, but you must be sure that when something is assigned to God and put it in his hands that is not lost, not falling, not destroyed. IT HOLDS. (Hebrews 1: 3a, NIV: He is the radiance of His glory and the exact expression of His nature, and He holds all things <in His hands> by the word of His power).
I gave my chips: My life, my choices, my dreams and my plans; Not only because I love God but because I know he loves me more. It wasn't easy, I keep learning, but I'm seeing good results today. What is it that you still do not allow God to intervene in you? I want to leave this in your heart, it is necessary that you go from being <independent>, of saying '' do not get involved in this '' to <dependent> of God and so to say ''If you don't get involved, I don't want it for me''. It's for your own good! If you depend on him, no matter what happens, your victory is safe and it is His desire because he loves you! ''Psalm 44: 3, NIV: For it was not his sword that conquered the earth, nor was his arm the one that gave them victory: it was Your arm, Your right hand; it was the light of Your face, because You <God> loved them.''
I bless you and hug you.
